Ianis Hagi dreams of Glory Europa League, when Rangers are preparing for the athletic club in its quarterfinals on Thursday.
Despite playing more than 80 minutes the first leg with 10 men, the Rangers dug up to earn a 0-0 draw in Ibrox and now there are three games from the second European finals in three years.
Romanian international insists that his priority is “putting his body on the line” for the club in the middle of uncertainty surrounding his future, and his contract expires at the end of this season.

“I think we can all agree that publicly the guards are in a situation where so many things are happening in the scenes, important things, important changes,” Hagi said Sky Sports News.
“I think the time will come, but at the moment everyone was engaged on Thursday, especially me.
“It’s so much a moment to get it and finish the season at a high level. I don’t think my future is a priority for anyone, even for myself.
“My priority is to win on Thursday, get into the semifinals, put your body on the line for this football club and find out where it brings me and where it also brings the guard.

“I’m in this special club. I have everything around me at the highest level. I enjoy it every day.
“You never know when it can stop it. I want to feel it because I dreamed about it, be in the club at this level. I just take it every day and I’m happy. We’ll see where it brings and the club.
“I will have the door open for European glory no matter how my future lies or at what time it comes.
“As a footballer, you dream of victory in European trophies, not just domestic. Being close to his victory, having another strong season in Europe, you feel close.
The 26 -year -old man missed Rangers’ run to the European League finals in 2022 by injuries, but played a key role in the group phase.

“Why not?” added the midfielder.
“We want to put something back to fans and it’s the only competition we can still win, so we have fully focused on it.
“90 minutes, 120 minutes, penalty gunfight, no matter how important it is to walk around and be in the semifinals, because we all want to return to Ibrox for another European night.
“You just have to maintain balanced thinking, but at the same time believe in yourself and believe in the power that this football club has at this level of football, especially in this competition.
“We will definitely bring our experience from past seasons, but I think it is a completely different game and next Thursday it will be a difficult game. We look forward to it.
“I think the season (2021/22) had all their own moment throughout the run. I think this season too. Hopefully I can stay fit right now and eventually win it all the time.
“It’s the only competition we can still win, so why not? It will be a huge opportunity, but I don’t want to get too much before the game.
