Former winner Heisman Trophy and the first round of the NBA draft pick Charlie Ward will prepare for a basketball coach of men Florida A & MSources said ESPN.
Ward is finishing the agreement to become coach Rattlers, sources said. The School Board has a meeting scheduled for 15:00 on Wednesday, when there is an item of agenda to approve a new basketball coach of the new men’s.
Ward, 54, was the winner of Heisman Trophy from 1993 Florida State and played in the NBA between 1994 and 2005. He played mainly for New York Knicks But he finished his career to play for both San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets.
Ward brings various resume basketball coaching. In 2005-06 and 2006-07 he was an assistant coach in The Rockets for two seasons and the head coach of the high school in Tallahassee As basketball.
He becomes the most important coach in the men’s HBCU program in the ground when joining Mo Williams, the coach on Jackson StateAs former NBA players, they coach in the division and HBCU.
Ward has been taking on demanding work because Florida A&M has not achieved the NCAA tournament since 2007 and has appeared in three tournaments in the history of the school.

Ward provides an impact for the program because it is one of the largest names in the school based in Tallahassee of its playing and coaching.
